QS Small Submersible Pump Product Overview:

QS series submersible pump is widely used in various kinds of water conservancy facilities such as farm irrigation, sprinkler irrigation with water, the supply and drainage system of civil building and, industrial and draining water from the hills and mountainous area, the diversion in low-lying areas, water supply and drainage in urban and rural industrial and mining enterprises etc. The motor and water pump assembly into one, with simple structure, convenient installation remove, cover a small area, easy to use and maintain, safe and reliable operation, no water polluted, etc.

QS Small Submersible Pump Working Conditions:

The power: three-phase ac power frequency 50 Hz, voltage 380 v (allow deviation + 5%, 10%).Pumps should be safely operated, depth diving in the water not less than 0.5 meters
The water: Generally, water of no corrosion , sand content no more than 0.02%, PH 6.5 to 8.5. The temperature of the extract water is not higher than 30 ℃.
Before using, the motor lumen must be filled with the clean water, it is strictly forbidden running without water.

Q Extra Big Submersible Pump Overview :

widely used in farmland irrigation, spray irrigation and water-use, industrial and civil buildings, mountain diversion and in low-lying areas dunes, urban and rural mining supply, drainage and other water conservancy facilities.

Q Extra Big Submersible Pump using condition:

(1). 380V voltage deviation is no more than ±5%,frequency is 50HZ, three -phase power deviation is no more than ±1%.
(2). Motor cavity must be filled with water.
(3). The first stage impeller of the pump should be more than 2mm below the moving water surface, pump unit should be less than 70m below the static water level.
(4). The distance from the motor bottom to well bottom must be more than 3m.
(5). Water temperature should be no more than 20°C.
(6). Sand content of the water ( by mass) should be no more than 0.01%.
(7). PH value of water 6.5-8.5.
(8). Hydrogen sulfide content of the water should be no more than 1.5mg/L.
(9). Chloride ion content of the water should be no more than 400mg/L.
(10). Water yield of water source should ensure the requirements of pump continuous working.
